Our Timeline
1994

Work begins on our first commercial release; Bloodlock. The initial concept was simple - utilising the new 3D rendering capabilities of the PlayStation to create a unique horror experience within an "adandoned" apartment complex.
1996
Finally completing BloodLock in 1996; it was released to critical acclaim. It follows Marcus Wellman as he ventures through the seemingly abandoned apartment complex after reports of it holding a dark secret...

1998

Following the success of BloodLock, we partnered with Sony to expand our studio beyond horror by working on initial concepts for what would become Morph's Adventure for the upcoming PlayStation 2 - set for release in 2001.
2001
Morph's Adventure was released in 2001 after many iterations over the design. It featured Morph, the friendly alien from the planet Goopla as he tries to make his way back home after his ship landed onto a hostile planet. Despite not hitting the anticipated heights we expected; Morph still holds a dear place in our hearts!

2003

In 2003 we were acquired by Sony and brought under their game development division, aligning our vision for the future of gaming with the PlayStation brand.
2004 - 2006
In 2004, work began on BloodLock 2 aiming for a release in 2006 on the New PlayStation 3. It follows Marcus Wellman and his return to the apartment complex 10 years later. It released in 2006 alongside the PlayStation 3 to critical acclaim.

2006 - 2009

Following Sony's investment into FromSoftware's Demon Souls we were brought on board to assist with development and narrative direction within the game as well as to gain experience in creating multiplayer experiences.
2009 - 2013
Utilising our experience during Demon Souls we ventured to create a multiplayer, First Person, futuristic shooter set in a dystopian future in which the human race must fight against its robot overlords to reclaim Earth. Earth's Redemption was released in October 2013 alongside the PlayStation 4.

2013 - 2018

From 2013 onward we were involved in the development of multiple Sony titles including Spider-Man, God Of War (both released in 2018) and a cancelled project.
2018 - 2023
Bringing our experience from Demon Souls, we created our first unique IP since Earth's Redemption. Principle design work began in 2018 for what would eventually become Gravebound. Traverse the lands of Elvermore and take down the elemental beasts that control the land. Gravebound released in 2023 and went on to win Game of the Year at the Game Awards.

2024 - Present

2024 saw us return to our roots with the huge announcement that we would be working on a Remake of our 1996 title: BloodLock. More details will be released in the future.
