After working in industry for 12 years; Kian endevoured to create Mazzor Games with his business partner, Malcolm.

CFO & Founder


Previously worked in banking as a senior financial advisor before moving into the games industry with the creation of Mazzor Games as CFO.

Sophia Chang


Head Programmer


Sophia joined Mazzor Games in 2012 after working as a programmer at various companies. She climbed the ranks to become the head of the programming department.

Head artist


Ethan joined in 2020 as a senior artist before becoming the head artist in 2024.

Our Story So Far...

Founded in the heart of Amsterdam in 1994 by Kian and Malcolm, they went on to create BloodLock, the award winning horror game for the PlayStation One.
Following the massive success of BloodLock; the team expanded and went on to create Morph's Adventure before being acquired by Sony's PlayStation brand in 2003.
After the acquisition Kian and Malcolm stayed with the growing company and went on to create BloodLock 2 - the hit sequel to our 1996 game. The company then went on to work with numerous developers in the industry including From Software, Insomniac and Santa Monica to help create Demon's souls, 2018's Spider-Man and God Of War. Inbetween those titles we also released a multi-player first person shooter called Earth's Redemption for the PlayStation 4.
In more recent years we won Game Of The Year at the Game Awards with our 2023 smash hit: Gravebound.
Recently we announced we would be returning to our roots and have began work on a complete Remake of our 1996 game BloodLock.
Today the company employs over 200 staff members world wide with offices based in Amsterdam, Newcastle, Toronto and Paris.
